How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 7 working days depending on your location. Delivery may take longer during peak seasons or sales.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only deliver within Pakistan. Stay tuned as we plan to expand our delivery services soon.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, you can! We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags. Please check our Refund & Return Policy for details.

Are sale items refundable or exchangeable?
Unfortunately, all sale and discounted items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
