1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
The item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Items purchased on sale/discount or as part of a promotion are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Certain hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., innerwear) are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds on:
Sale/Clearance items
Customized or altered products
Accessories (e.g., jewelry, scarves)
Damaged items due to misuse or not following care instructions
3. Return Process
To request a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Mention your order number, the reason for return, and share images of the item if damaged or incorrect.
Once approved, send the item back to our provided address using a reliable courier service.
After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll proceed with a refund or exchange as per your request.
4. Refunds
Refunds are only issued if the item is defective, damaged, or not as described.
Refunds will be made via bank transfer or mobile wallet within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed for size or item replacements (subject to availability).
If your desired size/item is out of stock, you may choose an alternative or request store credit.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is incorrect or defective.
In case of wrong or damaged delivery by us, we will bear the return shipping cost.
